Bethanie Mattek-Sands, who has reached a career-high ranking of No. 30, will play an exhaustive schedule starting at the new Citi Open tournament in Maryland on July 26. The 26-year-old is planning on playing every week through the U.S. Open.

"I can't stop now," she told the Arizona Republic. "There's no time to take a breath. I'm at a great point of my career, and it's been a long time coming. This is what I've been working for. Being 30 in the world is not the ultimate goal. I want to be ranked higher, get more wins, get a trophy. I have to keep my head to the ground. It only gets tougher from here. I just have to stay consistent. That's what it will take for me to win some tournaments."
