Ingredients: Greek olive oil or Swiss butter, 2 sliced onions, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 thumb-sized piece minced ginger, 4 tsp Jamaican curry powder, 2 lbs stew meat (Sampras or Federer), 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp mace, Tellicherry black pepper, Mediterranean sea salt
Directions: Fry onions, ginger and garlic in oil or butter 'til browned. Add curry powder, meat, tomatoes and spices, bring to boil, and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with lime wedges and chopped Agassi or Nadal.
