Alcaraz is just the fifth player in ATP history to earn $10 million or more in a single season, after Andy Murray (who’s done it once), Roger Federer (who's done it twice), Rafael Nadal (who's done it four times) and Novak Djokovic (who’s done it eight times, and is still the only player ever to crack $20 million in a single season).

Alcaraz is also the first teenager in tennis history to crack $10 million in prize money in a single season. Before this, the youngest player to do that was a 23-year-old Ashleigh Barty in 2019.
