World No. 5 Andy Murray says that he believes No. 3 Novak Djokovic has a shot at taking the top ranking from Rafael Nadal, but says that the Serbian must make a major move during the clay court season. Nadal, who currently holds a a 4,790 lead over Djokovic, has to defend 5,000 points then, while Djokovic only has to defend 900 points. Djokovic hasn’t lost a match since the ATP World Tour Finals in December.
"Confidence is important in all sports, but Novak’s improved his serve a lot from last year and he moves very well," Murray said. "Since the start of the year he done as well as possible and I’m sure that one of his goals it to get to No. 1, but it will be on the clay courts where it will be decided because if Rafa wins everything again, it will be quite difficult to catch him."—Matthew Cronin
