Rafael Nadal says that he’s not the favorite to win the ATP World Tour Finals. The world No. 2 has only won one indoor tournament in a career where he's grabbed 46 titles overall.
"Roger (Federer) is winning, Andy (Murray) won three tournaments in Asia, and (Novak) Djokovic must have an incredible confidence for what he did this year. They are the favorites," Nadal told reporters.
Nadal opens play on Sunday in his round-robin group against American Mardy Fish. Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga are also in his group.
"Playing indoors is more favorable to them," said Nadal, who reached the final last year. "You love to talk about favorites, but I'm not. But that's just talk, the point comes when the competition starts. But this is the surface where I have worst winning percentage of my career."
