Rafael Nadal is through to the Wimbledon final for the fourth time, defeating Andy Murray 6-4, 7-6(6), 6-4.
In the second-set tiebreak, Murray went up an early mini-break and held set point at 6-5 when Nadal double faulted, but Nadal hit three consecutive winners (including a passing shot that clipped the net) to take the second set. The Spaniard also had his serve broken in the opening game of the third set, but broke Murray twice in a row to close out the match.
"It was an amazing victory against one of the most toughest players in the world,"Â said Nadal. "I think he deserved to win a Grand Slam, he had a chance in Australia and he had another chance here."
"He just played better than me," said Murray. "I'm disappointed because I had chances."
Nadal will face Tomas Berdych in the final.
