Former Australian player and coach Nathan Healey underwent emergency heart surgery on Monday in the United States. The 32-year-old reached a career-high ranking of No. 58 in doubles and later coached Lleyton Hewitt. He lives in Philadephia with his wife and two young children, and has also played for the Philadelphia Freedoms in World TeamTennis.
