Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova has bounced back from a set and 4-0 down to take the title in Istanbul 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 against Elena Vesnina.
After losing a 5-2 lead in the first set, Pavlyuchenkova came back from 4-0 down in the second set and 3-1 down in the third to win the second title of her career.
Vesnina, who was trying to win the first title of her career on her 24th birthday, wept courtside after losing the match.
