New pickleball series ‘How I Met My Partner’ recognized at Denver Film Festival

The 11^th annual SeriesFest in Denver nominated the new pickleball series How I Met My Partner in its Unscripted Category, alongside five other entries. Presented by Pickleballtv, How I Met My Partner highlights meet-cutes on the pickleball court.

“The one thing we wanted to capture was fun,” Pickleballtv said at SeriesFest. “You cannot hide yourself on a pickleball court—within two seconds the true colors come out.”

The show premiered at the festival, with clips screened for attendees, some of which also participated in pickleball tic-tac-toe in a nearby booth.

Four episodes are now streaming on Pickleballtv.

I have friends who have met their significant others on court, I believe it could happen.

I imagine myself finding someone I’ll probably end up with on the pickleball court.

I would so much rather meet someone in person than online.
