Casper Ruud reaches a major milestone today, kicking off his 100th consecutive week in the Top 10 of the ATP rankings.

He first broke into the elite on September 13th, 2021, right after the US Open that year, and he's been in there ever since.

It’s currently the third-longest active streak in the ATP Top 10.

CURRENT ACTIVE STREAKS IN TOP 10 OF ATP RANKINGS:
~ 243 weeks: No. 2 Djokovic [since July 16th, 2018]
~ 210 weeks: No. 4 Tsitsipas [since March 4th, 2019]
~ 100 weeks: No. 5 Ruud [since September 13th, 2021]

Djokovic and Tsitsipas’ totals do not include the 22 weeks the ATP rankings were frozen in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Even more impressive about Ruud’s 100 weeks in the Top 10: more than half of them (53) have been spent in the Top 5, including the last 48 in a row since September 12th, 2022, which was right after he reached the US Open final. He rose from No. 7 to No. 2 after that run in Flushing Meadows and hasn’t fallen lower than No. 5 since.

Meanwhile, the winners of the three ATP events last week all make notable moves up the rankings, beginning with Stefanos Tsitsipas, who captured the 10th ATP title of his career in Los Cabos. The Greek rises from No. 5 to No. 4 today, switching spots with Ruud.

Great Britain’s Dan Evans, who won his first ATP 500 title in Washington D.C. last week, jumps from No. 30 to a new career-high of No. 21, just surpassing his previous high of No. 22 from 2021.

And Argentina’s Sebastian Baez soars 30 spots from No. 72 to No. 42 after winning the clay-court event in Kitzbuhel, Austria, making a big move back towards his high of No. 30 from earlier this year.

Finally, Dominic Thiem makes a welcome return to the Top 100 after reaching the final in Kitzbuhel, rising from No. 116 to No. 84. It was his first ATP final since 2020, when he finished runner-up to Danill Medvedev at the season-ending ATP Finals in London.

The biggest jumps in the Top 100 of this week's WTA rankings come from the last two women standing in Prague—Japan's Nao Hibino, who won the third WTA title of her career at the WTA 250 event, soars 52 spots from No. 136 to No. 84, while Czech teenager Linda Noskova, who finished runner-up, rises 19 spots from No. 71 to No. 52.
