Rodionova to make Fed Cup debut for Aussies

Russian-born Anastasia Rodionova will open Fed Cup play for Australia by taking on Alona Bondarenko of host Ukraine on indoor clay. Rodionova will represent her adopted country for the first time since she became an Australian citizen in December 2009.

Family Circle Cup champ Samantha Stosur, the world’s 10th-ranked player, will face Mariya Koryttseva in the second singles match.—M.C.
