American teenager Jack Sock will likely be out until the grass-court tournament in Newport, RI, which is played the week after Wimbledon, TENNIS.com has learned. Sock recently underwent surgery after suffering a tear in his groin. The 19-year-old won the 2011 U.S. Open mixed doubles title with Melanie Oudin and is considered one of the United States' top prospects. He is currently ranked No. 329. Sock is also scheduled to play U.S. Open Series events at Atlanta and Los Angeles.—Matt Cronin
