With his 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 victory over Carlos Alcaraz in the semifinals of Roland Garros on Friday, Novak Djokovic moved through to the 34th Grand Slam final of his career, improving his incredible career record in Grand Slam semifinal matches to 34-11.

But when you go deeper into it, there’s something even more incredible about that record—it actually started out as 14-10.

Since the start of the 2015 season, Djokovic is an absolutely ridiculous 20-1 in Grand Slam semifinals, and he very nearly won the only semifinal match he’s lost in this stretch.

He’ll face either Casper Ruud or Alexander Zverev for a record-breaking 23rd career Grand Slam title on Sunday.
