Rafael Nadal overcame injury and an inspired Taylor Fritz on Wednesday to reach the eighth Wimbledon semifinal of his career—and 38th Grand Slam semifinal of his career—with a grueling 3-6, 7-5, 3-6, 7-5, 7-6 (10-4) victory on Centre Court.

With the victory, Nadal also improves to 8-0 in Wimbledon quarterfinal matches.
