Czeck press said Vaidisova wore a dress costing $50,000 and was walked down the aisle by her father, Josef Vaidis. While playing on tour, she was primarily coached by stepfather Aleks Kodat.
Fellow players Iveta Benesova, Klara Zakopalova and Barbora Zahlavova Strycova, who is in the final of this week's WTA event in Prague, were reported to be in attendance, as was hockey player Jaromir Jagr.
