The Tennis Channel has filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission against cable company Comcast, reports the New York Times.

Comcast currently carries Tennis Channel on a paid sports tier, not as part of a general cable package received by almost all customers. The cable company gives wider distribution to Comcast-owned networks like the Golf Channel and Versus, "differential treatment" that Tennis Channel alleges is "discriminatory."

Comcast called the charges "groundless."
