In April 2020, Tennis Channel officially began the process of putting a global footprint on its sport when it launched the streaming service, Tennis Channel International, in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. After the platform expanded to tennis fans in Greece earlier this year, the United Kingdom has become the latest country to be introduced to the network’s dedicated 24-7 coverage.

On Thursday, it was announced that British viewers would have immediate access to live content starting with the UK Pro League from the Chelsea Harbour Club in London from Aug. 23-29, followed by the LTA National League Finals that run Sept. 10-12. All of Tennis Channel’s programming, from original series and instruction to matches on demand, are all included and available today, along with MatchCast—a groundbreaking tennis scoring and data interface providing dynamic graphics and tennis statistics beyond anything fans can currently get their hands on.

“We’ve proven that it works in the U.S., creating enormous value increases for all stakeholders and media partners, and our initial international launches in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have well exceeded expectations,” said Ken Solomon, president, Tennis Channel. “Now we’re excited to share our unique brand, tournament coverage, Hall of Fame talent and original content with new and existing fans in the U.K. – the birthplace of the sport as we know it today.”

Subscriptions are just £2.49 per month. The service is offered in the U.K. at www.tennischannel.com and via the Tennis Channel International app on iOs and Android mobile devices and tablets, Roku, FireTV and select smart TVs.
