After Hong Kong pulled out of this week's Davis Cup tie against Thailand over worries about the safety of its squad, the tie (Asia/Oceania Zone Group II first round) was rescheduled for February 14-16 at the Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club (indoor hard) in Phuket.

The Thai government has declared a 60-day state of emergency in Bangkok, where the tie was to be held.
