For the last two years tennis has made a respectable appearance on Forbes magazine’s “Power List,” and this year four players have made the cut to the magazine’s “Top 100 Celebrities List” as well.

Roger Federer was the top-ranked tennis player on the list at a respectable No. 23. He must have received a raise as well, since his reported earnings were $35 million dollars, a $6 million increase from last year. Federer was the only male player to make the list.

Maria Sharapova and Serena Williams were also repeats in the magazine, to no one’s surprise, ranked 61 and 69 respectively. Sharapova’s earnings in prize money and endorsements totaled $26 million (up from $23 million), almost double that of Williams, who again banked $14 million according to the magazine.

Rounding it out was Justine Henin at No. 81. The former World No. 1 received an honorable mention this year, making her the only Belgian on the list. At $12.5 million in earnings, almost all of which she gets to keep due to her residency in the tax haven of Monaco, the four-time Roland Garros champion went out in style.

The “Top 100 Celebrities List” was compiled by Forbes based on income and the amount of television, web, and press mentions.

The top celebrity was none other than Oprah Winfrey, followed by Tiger Woods. Other notable athletes included David Beckham, Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Ronaldinho, and Kimi Raikkonen.
