At the start of the year, Victoria Mboko was ranked No. 333.

Now, she's No. 18.

Having broken into the Top 100 after Wimbledon and the Top 50 after winning her first WTA title in Montreal, the Canadian teenager breaks into yet another new ranking class today, rising from No. 21 to No. 18—her Top 20 debut—after capturing her second WTA title in Hong Kong.

And she joins an exclusive club, becoming just the sixth Canadian player to reach the Top 20 in WTA rankings history, since they began in 1975.

The champions at last week's other two WTA events in Jiujiang, China and Chennai, India also make notable moves up the rankings today.

Anna Blinkova, who captured the second WTA title of her career in Jiujiang, jumps 32 spots from No. 95 to No. 63. She's a former No. 34.

Janice Tjen, who won her maiden WTA title in Chennai—becoming the first Indonesian player to win a WTA title since 2002—jumps from No. 82 to No. 53, shattering her previous high of No. 80. She also passes former No. 55 Angelique Widjaja to become the second-highest-ranked Indonesian player in WTA rankings history, after former No. 19 Yayuk Basuki.

Also on the WTA rankings, Alexandra Eala makes a historic move, rising from No. 51 to No. 50 for her Top 50 debut, and to become the first woman from the Philippines to crack the Top 50 in WTA rankings history.

And Jannik Sinner, who won the only ATP event that was held last week in Paris, returns to No. 1 on the ATP rankings, taking it back from Carlos Alcaraz and kicking off his 66th career week at the top spot.

Sinner isn't the only man to make a notable ranking move after Paris.

Felix Auger-Aliassime, who reached the final in the French capital before falling to Sinner, rises from No. 10 to No. 8, his highest ranking since April 2023. He's now two spots away from his career-high of No. 6.

Alexander Bublik, who reached his first Masters 1000 semifinal before falling to Auger-Aliassime, rises from No. 16 to No. 13, his Top 15 debut.

Brazilian teenager Joao Fonseca, who won his first ATP 500 title in Basel two weeks ago and carried that momentum into the second round in Paris, rises from No. 28 to No. 24 today, his Top 25 debut.

And Valentin Vacherot, who soared from No. 204 to No. 40 a few weeks ago after his stunning run to the title in Shanghai, jumps from No. 40 to No. 30 today—his Top 30 debut—after extending his Masters 1000 winning streak to 10 matches in a row to reach the quarterfinals in Paris.

The Monegasque has now risen from No. 204 to No. 30 in five weeks.
