The Australian Open is in the rear-view mirror, and yet we were treated to another a loaded weekend of pro tennis. For starters, Canada upended Spain for a historic Davis Cup team victory. (Yea, Spain was without Nadal, Verdasco, Ferrer, F. Lopez, and more, but the Canucks were in great form, notably in Frank Dancevic's defeat of Marcel Granollers.) Aside from that, Team USA beat Brazil in a live fifth and final match, with Sam Querrey picking up the slack of John Isner and the Bryan brothers' surprising losses. About those twins, they fell in doubles on the heels of their record 13th Grand Slam doubles title in Melbourne, but this loss wasn't without some boisterous support from fankinds (and teammates/practice partners) Ryan Harrison and Jack Sock.
