DEN BOSCH, Netherlands (AP) Roberta Vinci of Italy has rallied from a set down to beat Jelena Dokic 6-7 (7), 6-3, 7-5 in the final of the Unicef Open.

The victory on Saturday gave Vinci her fifth WTA Tour title and the first on grass.

In the men's final later Saturday, Ivan Dodig faces unseeded Dmitry Tursunov.
