Weekend Wrap: WAGs, Facebook rivalry, and piling on Paes

WAGS ALERT: Mardy Fish's wife Stacey Fish, Mike Bryan's fiancée Lucille Williams, and Fabio Fognini's girlfriend Svetoslava Simeonova are featured in a new "ATP Uncovered" clip (see below). Interestingly, Williams drove player cars at Wimbledon before she became the doubles star's leading lady, and Stacey Fish started her own jewelry line (Lauren Lynne) as a personal endeavor that her husband supports. The ladies offer more insights as to their own roles in their mates' success and how they handle watching so many matches.

RAFA VS. ROGER: The competition's hardly the same as their 2008 Wimbledon final duel, or any other Grand Slam meeting they've had, but Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer are locked in a media- and hype-fueled Facebook bout for the most followers on the social network. Rafa actually just passed Fed for the most among tennis players, and the two come in at Nos. 8 and 9, respectively, among all global athletes. Nadal's current count is 10.805 million-plus to Federer's 10.804 million-plus. Not at all shabby from the two greats. Notably, Nadal has a sizable Twitter following to boot, while Federer staves off that particular medium.

IT PAES TO PLAY: ... but no one wants to for the Indian Olympic team. Oh, there is quite the Olympic drama brewing for a few nations' squads. Stay tuned.
