OEIRAS, Portugal(AP) Unseeded Yanina Wickmayer of Belgium won her first WTA Tour title by defeating Ekaterina Makarova 7-5, 6-2 Saturday in the final of the Estoril Open.

The 19-year-old Wickmayer, ranked 88th, missed three set points in the 10th game but broke Makarova's serve two games later to win the first set. Wickmayer broke Makarova's serve in the fourth game of the second set to take a 3-1 lead.

Makarova is still aiming for her first tour singles title. She was runner-up at the Grand Prix SAR in Morocco last month.

In the men's semifinals Saturday, second-seeded Nikolay Davydenko will face James Blake, and seventh-seeded Albert Montanes will play unseeded Paul Capdeville.
