The Williams sisters and the Bryan brothers are both out of Wimbledon after losing their quarterfinal matches on Wednesday.

Venus and Serena Williams lost 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 to Elena Vesnina and Vera Zvonareva, while Bob and Mike Bryan went out 7-6(4), 7-6(5), 6-7(3), 6-4 to Wesley Moodie and Dick Norman.

The Williamses were bidding for their fifth Grand Slam doubles title in a row, while the Bryans were trying to break with the all-time record for doubles victories as team by winning a 62nd title together.
