Hi Gang
Ros and Ray are kind of tough acts to follow, but, happily enough, I have a much simpler task.
The Suicide Pool as been coming along nicely on a general as well as a personal basis. The Tribe started off 50 strong in the Men's draw and 46 in the Women's. After 3 days of play we are down to 40 (Men) and 27(Women). All things considered, not too shabby.
We did have our share of first round upsets - with Querrey and Kohlschreiber as the major factors on the Men's side and Meghann Shaughnessy winning that dubious distinction on the Women's side.
Of course, there have been as many risky picks (Safin f'rinstance) that paid off. And if you think that took wilanders, some even have him as their 2nd round (day 3) pick!

Just a note:
You have to make a day 4 pick EVEN if your day 3 pick has not been resolved yet.

[Something slightly besides the point]
I am watching a recording the Roddick-Udomchoke match, and I have to say, size seems to be the only thing keeping Udomchoke from being a top 20 or top 10 player (it's great to pull for these hopeless warriors).
Anyway, Darren Cahill is talking about some brackets game that the Aussies are playing at the house that Hewitt is staying at. The story is Hewitt is in first place 55 correct picks in the first round and Cahill is second with 51. Cahill also says that he's the only one who has Federer going all the way (this was punctuated with some observation about common sense). So the obvious questions are
1) Does Hewitt have himself winning Wimbledon this year?
2) Where does he think Federer, Nadal and Roddick are going to exit?

Feel free to use this post to go off topic.
