After her 6-7, 6-2, 9-7 loss to Serena Williams in the third round of Wimbledon, Jie Zheng says she hopes the American wins the event. It was the third consecutive three-set match the two had played, and the third time they had faced off at Wimbledon. Serena said that Zheng is "unbelievable on grass."

"After we finish the match, she just told me, 'You are crazy. You are crazy,'" Zheng said. She say, 'Oh, this is a unbelievable match I think for us.' So, yeah. I just wish her can win this year."

Serena will face Yaroslava Shvedova in the fourth round, who completed a 'Golden Set' (winning a set without losing any of the 24 points) in her 6-0 6-2 victory over Sara Errani.

"I look forward to it," Serena said. "Hopefully I'll be able to win a point in the set. That will be my first goal, and then I'll go from there."

When asked again about her thoughts on Gilles Simon's comments that men and women should not be paid equally, Serena responded: "I deserve to get paid the same amount. I don't deserve less 'cause I have boobs and they don't."
