The news cycle in the tennis world moves fast—who can keep up? That's where we come in. Each Thursday, Last Year Today will look back at a memorable story from exactly one year ago.

Looking for love? Tennis may be your answer. (No, this is not another scoring joke.) The dating website eHarmony has come out with “15 Reasons to Date a Tennis Player,” as if you ever even needed one.

Highlights include “playing doubles teaches teamwork," “the flattering attire" and "hitting the ball back and forth is good practice for communication."

Plenty of pros have found their match on the tennis court, including Fabio Fognini and Flavia Pennetta, who are set to marry this year:

Another example: the recently reunited pair of Radek Stepanek and Nicole Vaidisova:

Daria Gavrilova and Luke Saville met years ago on the junior circuit:

The 2000 Sydney Olympics was where Roger Federer and Mirka Vavrinec hit it off. (She was once ranked No. 76 on the WTA tour.):

And, of course, tennis brought legends Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf together:

As 600,000 married couples would attest, eHarmony knows best.
