Sad news has appeared once again from Juan Martin del Potro and his camp. The Argentine’s most recent knee surgery in June of 2019 proved unsuccessful, and his team announced that he will undergo yet another right knee surgery on Monday, in Miami.

Yet more rough news for Juan Martin del Potro, who will undergo another knee surgery on Monday after his last was unsuccessful and left him in pain.

Del Potro initially fractured his kneecap at the 2018 Shanghai Rolex Masters. After a successful recovery, he re-aggravated the same injury when he slipped on the grass at the 2019 Fever Tree Championships in London.

Del Potro hopes to return to the court, but as of now no timetable has been given for his return.
