Australian Open finalist Dominic Thiem has withdrawn from next week's ATP event in Buenos Aires with fatigue.
"I'm really tired," Thiem said. "I need to rest to not put the other part of the season in danger."

The 26-year-old Austrian is coming off a grueling week at Melbourne, defeating Rafael Nadal in four sets in the quarterfinal, four sets against Alexander Zverev in the semifinal and losing in five sets against Novak Djokovic in the final. His performance moved him up to No. 4 in the rankings.
Thiem was the top seed in the field in Buenos Aires.
