The 2021 ATP Player Council and first quarter tournament schedule has been announced with some familiar members and destinations.

The Council was voted on by players and members, with Felix Auger-Aliassime, Roger Federer, John Millman, Rafael Nadal, Kevin Anderson, Andy Murray and Bruno Soares all returning to serve again.

Though Novak Djokovic and Vasek Pospisil were nominated by their peers, they could not run for re-election due to their involvement with the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA).

Gilles Simon returns as a former Council member, while Pablo Andujar and Marcus Daniell are making their debuts.

The new president and vice president will be elected at the Council's first meeting in 2021.

The ATP also revealed more of the upcoming 2021 tournament schedule. After the Australian Open ends on Feb. 21, the men will travel to South America and Europe. Most notably missing is Indian Wells, with tournament organizers releasing a statement that new dates are not ready to be announced but "details will be released in the near future as plans are finalized."
