Gear Review

The Pro Team.FX is demo-worthy for players of any age, but it’s just right for the legions of highly competitive 50-plus players who need a racquet that can help make up for some of what Father Time has taken away. You want help returning to your glory days? The Pro Team.FX can fix you up, assuming you have a long swing and hit with lots of topspin. With this stick’s light weight and head-light balance, you should breeze through to the senior finals and get past a lot of the younger players in the open draw, too. And the racquet has plenty of comfort and stability, thanks to Wilson’s Triad shock absorption system and the Quad Shaft grooves in the racquet’s throat that help provide the stability of a heavier frame.

Bottom Line: This racquet can help you maintain your competitive edge as you get older.
