The lawsuit also claims that Forstmann bet against Tiger Woods, another IMG client, and makes other allegations about Forstmann's lifestyle and racial views.

A spokesperson for Forstmann told TMZ the accusations are "preposterous" and said a similar lawsuit by the same party in 2008 had been dismissed.
