Good morning. Once again, here is your daily post to use for discussing, or match-calling, today's tennis action at Wimbledon. The Order of Play can be found on this link. We'd be grateful if you could keep the subject of your conversations to tennis, until the day's matches are over - after that, it's OK to go off-topic.

Daily Weather Report:

Outside today, the weather looks fine. The BBC is currently showing pictures of people at Wimbledon in short sleeves and shorts, although it also reports that it's quite breezy today. The next few days are expected to be reasonably fine. By Wednesday, we could see more rain.

Matches of the Day:

Men - Radek Stepanek versus Mikhail Youzhny, on Court 2. Their head-to-head is 2-2, but they haven't played each other since 2004, and never on grass. I'll also be keeping an eye on Tommy Haas versus Andy Murray, as both their previous matches have gone the distance, and neither lacked drama. Also, away on Court 11, Marin Cilic takes on number 14 seed, Paul-Henri Mathieu.

Women - Jelena Jankovic versus Caroline Wozniacki, first on Centre Court. These two have never played each other before. Wozniacki defeated Svetlana Kuznetsova in Eastbourne last week, on the way to a quarterfinal appearance.

Player of the Day:

From yesterday, wildcard Zheng Jie, best known here for her Wimbledon doubles title two years ago, who coolly defeated the world number one, Ana Ivanovic, in straight sets.

Pictures from Wimbledon:

For anyone who can't wait until the third match on Centre Court today for a Nadal sighting, I have finished uploading my web gallery from his first round match against Andreas Beck. It can be found on this link. Click on any picture to enlarge, and use the arrows to page through.

As always, enjoy today's tennis.
