Good morning all. It seems as though we're in need of a new post, and I'll also use this opportunity to provide the links for my last two web galleries from Queen's Club - pictures from the semifinals can be found here, and these are from the day of the final. The arrows can be used to page through, and any picture can be enlarged by clicking on it. Those of you who asked to see some pictures of Andy Roddick, please note that in addition to those posted here, I also added a link late in the day on the Your Call post for 13th June.

It was quite noticeable as a photographer that there was a great deal of press interest in yesterday's final - more so than last year. Then I was one of only two photographers up on the high viewpoint between the main courts - yesterday there were quite a few more. Hardly surprising, considering that Andy Murray was one of the finalists, meaning a lot of extra local press interest. Murray clinched the title 7-5, 6-4 - and in addition to being the first British winner at Queen's since 1938, this was also his first tour title in his home country. Before anyone starts objecting that Murray's "home country" is Scotland, he does have a regular residence in London, and has said that he is content to be described as British. And let's face it, right now Scotland doesn't host an ATP tournament, so this is as close as it gets. In any event, winning at Queen's is hardly a way to remove pressure from himself, with Wimbledon just seven days away. Is he looking at that cup as though it could turn into a poisoned chalice?
