Ivanovic tops Azarenka for first Top 10 win since '08

Ana Ivanovic has defeated an apparently injured Victoria Azarenka 6-4, 6-4 in the second round of Rome, recording her first Top 10 win since 2008 and her first back-to-back match wins since the Australian Open.
