Move over, Wozzilroy. Step aside, Berdych and Ester. Scoot your booty, Novak and Jelena.

It's good to see Maria Kirilenko, one of tennis' glamour girls, snatching up some press lately. The Russian is treading water at No. 28 in singles now, but she hopped up to No. 7 in doubles courtesy of her improved, ballyhooed volleying. She also appears to have upgraded her love life.
That's right: She's got net, and she's got next.
Ad out, fellow pro Igor Andreev. Ad in: Alex Ovechkin, another Russian and an NHL star for the Washington Capitals.
Ovechkin, who possessed the remarkably brief Twitter handle @ovi8, tweeted a photo of the pipin' hot pair, calling Kirilenko his "queen." One has to think her adidas sponsors weren't ecstatic about all the Nike product placement on her beau, but small matter.
Here's hoping her relationship harbors less drama than these 32 points:

Fans of Kirilenko's previous pairing in amorous "mixed doubles" can take heart. She sometimes blindly rooted for Andreev against all odds, and there's a cute little Q&A with that duo still up on her website, if you need to cope by reliving their happier times.

This botched volley, however? Not one of those happier times.

The Daily Spin wishes well this fetching new couple. Many happy returns, Kiri. Figuratively. Literally.
