World No. 7 Tomas Berdych, who upended No. 1 Roger Federer at the U.S. Open, is offended when asked if the Czechs have a certain mentality that allows them to take down highly ranked players, and if  his win compared to fellow Czech Lukas Rosol’s defeat of Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon. Rosol is currently ranked  No. 91.
