Fish practicing in California

Even though he will skip the Australian Open, Mardy Fish is currently practicing at the USTA West Coast Training Center in Carson, California, his agent, John Tobias, told TENNIS.com.

Fish is planning return to the ATP tour in February at the SAP Open in San Jose, California. The 30-year-old American has been struggling with heart problems since the early spring and has not competed since the first week of the U.S. Open.
