Zeballos: Is Rafa from this planet?

by: Matt Cronin February 10, 2013

World No. 73 Horacio Zeballos reacts in disbelief after his final-round win over seven-time Roland Garros champion Rafael Nadal in Vina del Mar. It was only the fifth time Nadal had suffered a defeat in a clay-court final; the other four times were against either Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic.

“I’m shocked. I’ve beaten one of the best players of tennis history, the Argentine told reporters. “It’s an incredible sensation. I still think I’m dreaming. It’s an honor playing against him. I enjoyed being with him at the locker room, eating with him. He’s a great guy, I would like to ask him if he’s from this planet.”
