Bartoli parts ways with second coach in a month

Marion Bartoli has once again parted ways with a coach. Bartoli just hired experienced coach Gerald Bremond for the tournament in Monterey, but according to L’Equipe the two separated because Bremond felt that Marion's father and former coach, Walter Bartoli, is still too involved.

Bartoli had the same experience with Jana Novotna, whom she hired just before Indian Wells and then parted ways with after the tournament.

The 14th-ranked Bartoli is planning on joining the French Fed Cup team next weekend when it hosts Kazakhstan in a World Group Playoff Group II tie. Bartoli expressed interest in working with French Fed Cup captain Amelie Mauresmo earlier this season.
