Bob Bryan on Davis Cup defeat: ‘A sick feeling’

Bob and Mike Bryan tell the Houston Chronicle that their five-set defeat (7-6 (5), 7-6 (1), 5-7, 4-6, 15-13) to Nenad Zimonjic and Ilija Bozoljac in the United States’ 3-1 Davis Cup quarterfinal loss to Serbia last weekend was tough to take.

“If the team was going to win, we knew we had to have the doubles point,” Bob said. “So yeah, it leaves a sick feeling in your mouth. But if you go home and sulk for a month, it really stings worse.
