Fish, Monfils join Tsonga in pulling out of Montreal

Mardy Fish and Gael Monfils have joined Jo-Wilfried Tsonga on the sidelines for next week’s Rogers Cup in Montreal. Monfils was said to have injured his ankle in practice, Tsonga is out with a knee injury, and Fish withdrew for personal reasons.
