Rafael Nadal has suffered a small cut on the index finger of his left hand, El Mundo Deportivoreports.
The Spaniard was injured while cutting bread during breakfast on Thursday morning. Nadal, a natural right-hander who plays left-handed, was said to have delayed his practice by one hour, but later practiced, as the injury is not considered serious. Nadal has already qualified for the semifinals of the ATP World Tour Finals and will play Tomas Berdych in his final round-robin match Friday evening.
