Robson out of Auckland with wrist injury

Laura Robson has pulled out of next week's ASB Classic in Auckland with a left wrist injury.

The 19-year-old left hander did travel to New Zealand, but then pulled out due to soreness. At the 2013 Australian Open, Robson reached the third round after upsetting former Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova.

"She said to me that she's about 95 percent and needs a couple of extra days," tournament director Karl Budge said.
