Victoria Azarenka says she predicted that Caroline Wozniacki would become engaged with in a year’s time last season. Wozniacki and golfer Rory McIlroy became engaged on New Year’s Eve in Sydney.
“If she will remember, and I don't know if she will, I called it last year when I saw her in the locker room,” Azarenka said. “I said, 'You'll be engaged by the end of the year.' Technically, I was right. I even remember the spot in the locker room where I said that. I'm a psychic. We were talking about relationships, and she was asking, 'Are you in a relationship?' I said, ‘No.’
“And I was like, ‘And you are obviously. You're going to be engaged.’ She was like, ‘No.’ I was like, 'Yeah, you will be.' So I was right… They seem really happy and I'm really happy for them.”
