After Germany took a 2-0 lead over host Slovakia in the Fed Cup World Group quarterfinals, German captain Barbara Rittner says her team cannot afford to get overconfident.

On Saturday, Andrea Petkovic fought off a match point to beat Slovak No. 1  Dominika Cibulkova 2-6, 7-6 (7), 6-2, before Germany’s Angelique Kerber defeated Daniela Hantuchova 7-6 (9), 6-1.

"Two to zero is a nice dream, but still a dream that could become a nightmare so we'll wait," Rittner told Fed Cup.com.
