Bernard Tomic attended a Gold Coast party in February which is being looked at by police for the alleged presence of cocaine and underage drinking, but he is not caught up in the investigation.

Local night club owner Jamie Pickering was arrested a month ago on charges of supplying drugs to minors following the party at his penthouse. Tomic is reported to have taken four underage women to the party.

When interviewed by a Nine News reporter at the French Open, Tomic said he did not know about the situation. A police spokesperson told the Daily Mail that Tomic is "not a person of interest."

The penthouse is also the same location where police were called in 2012 to break up a fight between Tomic and a friend, and one of the night clubs belonging to the arrested owner is where the Aussie was photographed shirtless and dancing with women a year ago.
