The ATP World Tour Finals standings have been shuffled following Beijing and Tokyo, though there is still tight competition for the five spots still open in the eight-player tournament.

Tokyo champion Kei Nishikori overcame an injury to pick up 500 points and move up to fifth position, in front of Marin Cilic, though as a Grand Slam champion Cilic will have the benefit of qualifying if he can stay in the Top 20. Stanislas Wawrinka, the Australian Open champion, is in fourth position at the moment.

Moving downwards by three positions was David Ferrer, with Tomas Berdych, Andy Murray and Milos Raonic all moving up one spot. Just 575 points separate Cilic, in sixth position, from Grigor Dimitrov, currently in eleventh.

The points standings are as follows:

  1. Novak Djokovic 8,650 points
2. Roger Federer 7,020 points
3. Rafael Nadal 6,735 points
4. Stanislas Wawrinka 4,795 points
5. Kei Nishikori 4,255 points
6. Marin Cilic 3,980 points
7. Tomas Berdych 3,765 points
8. Milos Raonic 3,740 points
9. Andy Murray 3,565 points
