*The Toronto Star* reportedthat the Frenchman, who was working with Victoria Azarenka as recently as the Australian Open, will now coach the Canadian. The publication said that the two have been training together at the National Tennis Centre in Montreal.

Sumyk worked with Azarenka for five years, and his wife, Meilen Tu is her agent. Tu reached as high as No. 35 in 2007 and was coached by Sumyk. She is still working with Azarenka, who may hire a new coach next week. Azarenka is playing for Belarus for Fed Cup Group I this weekend.

Bouchard, who had been looking for a full-time coach since she stopped working with Nick Saviano in the off-season, travelled to the Australian with Diego Ayala, who had worked with her during her junior career.
